Roadside Assistance Service Policy

Thank you for choosing Rescue angela llc for your roadside assistance needs. We are committed to providing fast, reliable, and professional service. To ensure a smooth experience for both parties, please carefully review the following policies:

1. Service Area & Availability
• Our services are available within [P.G County, Howard County, D.C, Montgomery county, and Anne Arundel county ]. Any requests outside of this area may incur additional charges or be subject to unavailable service.
• Services are offered during [5am-8pm]. Emergency service may be available outside of these hours for an additional fee.

2. Pricing & Payment
• All pricing is provided upfront, based on the type of service requested (e.g., tire change, battery jump, plug repair, fuel delivery ). Any additional charges, such as for parts or extended travel, will be communicated before the service begins.
• Accepted forms of payment: [list payment methods, e.g., credit card, cash, mobile payment apps]. Payment is due upon completion of services.

3. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellation Before Arrival: If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please notify us at least 15 minutes after the scheduled requested time. Cancellations made after this window will result in a $25 cancellation fee.
• Cancellation After Arrival: If you cancel after we are already en route or have arrived at the location, a 50% cancellation fee will apply to cover our time and travel expenses.
• No-Show: If you do not answer or fail to be available at the designated location within 15 minutes of arrival, we will consider the service a no-show and a 50% no-show fee will be charged.

4. Liability & Damages
• Limitation of Liability: RESCUE ANGEL LL is not responsible for any damages to your vehicle, property, or surroundings during the performance of services, unless the damage is caused by our direct negligence or willful misconduct.
• Injuries or Accidents: We are not responsible for any personal injuries or accidents that may occur during the service. By requesting our services, you acknowledge that we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may result from the roadside assistance provided.
• Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle is safe and accessible for the service. This includes ensuring no obstructions around your vehicle and that it is on a stable surface.
